Boost testosterone levels in men

My testosterone level in 2015 (at the age of 33) was only 412 mg/dl, and by 2022 (at the age of 40), it naturally increased to 665 mg/dl with changes in diet and lifestyle.

The difference of having higher testosterone is stark; mental and sexual health significantly improve with higher testosterone levels.

Fasting blood sugar returns to normal after coaching

Fasting blood sugar, initially at 175 mg/dl, decreased to 83 mg/dl.

HbA1c changed from 11.4 to 8.1 and continues to improve over time.

 

Daily blood sugar returns to normal

Before coaching, daily blood sugar levels were around 9-15 mmol/L, and after coaching, they are now at 4-10 mmol/L (70-180 mg/dl).
